Our banquet will accommodate up to sixty people. Use of the banquet room until 4pm for noon meal or until 10pm for evening meal unless otherwise pre arranged.
All food and beverages served on the premises are to be provided by the restaurant. Any changes to this policy must be approved by the management prior to your event.
All food and beverage are subject to applicable PST, GST, and a 15% service charge.
Reservation numbers need to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event date. Payment is due for the reserved number or attendance number, whichever is greater. We will prepare for a small percentage above the reserved number.
Upon booking your event, a 10% deposit is required. For bookings during a special season (e.g. Christmas), cancellations need to be made a least fifteen days before the reserved date for a refund of the deposit. Refunds for late cancellations will be made if we are able to rebook that date.
The restaurant is not responsible for the personal property of guests. Guests are financially responsible for damages caused by them to the facilities, furnishings, and grounds. The 10% deposit may be used as a security deposit if need be; otherwise used when payment for the banquet is made. Payment in full for the banquet is to be made within seven days.
Upon request, we will provide a podium for your use at no charge. Linens and napkins are available for a small charge. A wedding ceremony may be held in the banquet room. Charges and location vary depending on set up and numbers involved.
Events that request or require extended time or additional food or bar services may be subject to a labor surcharge. For whole house reservation, a minimum of people is required, or an extra charge may apply (date and time of day, length of time are factors).
Customer decoration time might be limited on the day of, before the time of reservation. Decorations on wall are limited due to fresh paint.
If personal table games are brought in by the customer, precautions must be made to ensure table tops are protected (e.g. Crockinole boards need a pad).
Our buffet style is designed to give people more food options and is not designed to be an all you can eat food bar. Leftover buffet are not available to take home.
All prices are subject to change, due to market conditions, without notice.
Groups will receive only one bill.
